I could not find where exactly this was in the book because I foolishly forgot to mark it, but I want to talk about the one with the blind man who went to a monastery to be cured, which he was, but then he went to a Jew and his eyesight dissappeared forever and everyone said that it was because he saw a Jew that his eyesight was gone again forever.

I just think that this whole division between Christianity and Judaism is absolutely ridiculous. If Jesus wanted everyone to be treated equally, why do his supposed "followers" treat people who are different, meaning of a different religion, like they are the enemy? I have always been confused that there is such a discrepency between Christians and Jews especially. Why can't they just accept what the other believes? This just seems to bolster my own belief that the whole concept of religion was made up to separate people against each other and to give people something to argue about, since basically every single war or fight occuring has to do with religion.
